The SEALS 2013 is underway down under... Kwan Jang H.C. Hwang and many leaders from around the world and from Southeast Asia are attending this highly publized and highly organized seminar hosted by the Australia Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan® in Adelaide in Region 4.

Dear all World Moo Duk Kwan members and families,

Region 4, Australia would like to cordially invite you to visit South Australia for the Bi Annual, Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan, South East Asian Leadership Seminars, known as SEALS 2013. It is our hopes that this event will exceed your expectations and not only provide an amazing opportunity to participate in four inspiring days of training seminars with Kwan Jang Nim and KDJ Masters from around the world, but also provide you and your family with an unforgettable holiday opportunity.

Here in Region 4 Australia, we are planning, meeting, coordinating and meeting again to make this event a campaign that will leave memories to last a life time, create new friendships and bolster existing relationships, build new connections from around the world and further build our Moo Do Ja Sae as the world best Martial Arts practitioners.

 

There is only One Moo Duk Kwan and we are dedicated to it's future growth and success, join us and help make our mark on it's History, for the generations after us that will follow our Tradition. Current Schedule details:

As registrations are now being taken, we would like to mention some of the preliminary schedule plans to assist you in making you travel arrangements. Wednesday October 2nd is planned as arrival day and registration. We will have transportation ready to bring you from the Airport to the SEALS Event location, where we will assist you with your arrival, registration, welcome pack and room allocation so that you can settle in and familiarise yourselves with the relaxed environment. We have a "traditional" Aussie BBQ (Bar B Q) for Dinner that evening.

Thursday morning will commence the first of the Training Seminars with an early start, so all you will need to do at this stage is step out of your room onto the lawns and begin the morning session Moo Pahl Dan Kum. Then Breakfast is only a short stroll off the lawns straight into the dinning area.

Preliminary SEALS Schedule: (subject to change)

Wednesday 2nd October: Afternoon arrival and registration.

Thursday 3rd October: Morning Moo Pahl Dan Kum, breakfast, morning training seminars, lunch, afternoon training seminars, afternoon fun social event, dinner, evening meet and greet time.

Friday 4th October: Breakfast, morning training seminars and formal SEALS opening by Kwan Jang Nim and TAC members, lunch, afternoon training seminar, social tram ride to historic Glenelg and photos, dinner, movie night in games room.

Saturday 5th October: Morning Moo Pahl Dan Kum, breakfast, morning training seminars, lunch, afternoon training seminars, afternoon SUPER Fun SEALS "Team Games Challenge" for all ages followed by dinner and evening personal time.

Sunday 6th October: Final day! Breakfast, morning training seminars and Formal Banquet, group demonstrations and closing ceremony, evening Formal Banquet at the South Australian Jockey Club SAJC, Morphettville.

Monday 7th October: Breakfast and fully packed exit of rooms, farewell and tourism day- visit to Adelaide Hills lookout, native animal reserve, Adelaide Hills Winery and return with Kwan Jang Nim, departure (additional charge with lunch Aprox $50.00 pp)

 

Tourist Options: We now have the Professional travel team at Jetset Travel Norwood on board with us to provide you with any additional tours, including day trips locally, overnight packages to the famous Kangaroo Island, Barossa Valley and more. They can also arrange extended days of travel around South Australia or all around Australia to suit your available time and needs.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.
