World Moo Duk Kwan® Proudly Remembers Master Robert Emile Beaudoin, Dan Bon #5661

Master Beaudoin was a former member of the Moo Duk Kwan and received his Dan #5661 from the Moo Duk Kwan’s founder, (Kwan Jahng Nim Hwang Kee) while stationed at Osan AFB, South Korea. His official instructor on record is Master Jae Chul Shin.

Master Beaudoin took part in the Nov 1974 meeting at Burlington, NJ and participated in the Charter Convention in June 1975. He also served on the 1st Board of Directors of the US Tang Soo Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation and as such he was a Charter Member of the US Federation.

We are grateful for his service to the early stages of the federation as a charter member and Board Member.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.

Sa Bom Nim Martinov, Victor #10189 of Torrance, California was appointed to the B.O.D. by Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee in 1975 and a Charter Member. He was elected Vice Chairman and elected and served as Chairman for 1976. In 1991 he was appointed to the Technical Advisory Committee (T.A.C.) and appointed as a member of the Senior Advisory Committee (S.A.C.) in 1999.
