2015 1st Han Dol Soo Bahk Do® Winter Camp

On February 27th - March 1st 2015, Frank Tsai, Sa Bom Nim, from Han Dol Soo Bahk Do® , from 72 Newtown Rd, Danbury, CT 06810 • 1 (203) 648-9753, organized and planned the first Han Dol Soo Bahk Do® Winter Camp.

In attendance was H.C. Hwang, Kwan Jang Nim and several senior Ko Dan Ja members, Hyuk Youn Kwon Sa bom Nim, Dae Kyu Chang, Sa Bom Nim, Benjamin Cortese, Sa Bom Nim, and others from Region 1 and Region 2,  to support the efforts of the Federation Foundation Chairman, Frank Tsai, Sa Bom Nim.  100% PROCEEDS goes to United States Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan® Foundation (50% goes back to your Studio's Foundation Account and 50% goes toward the General Fund after expenses).  The winter camp was located at Becket-Chimney Corners YMCA , 748 Hamilton Rd, Becket, Massachusetts 01223.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.
