Dear World Moo Duk Kwan® Designees,

I hope this message finds you and your family in the best of health and spirits.
We just were completed successful Euro Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa in Switzerland.
The Shim Sa was represented by 6 countries and it was an excellent opportunity to support the Mission 2000 objectives by strengthening the International Human Relations.
Following World Moo Duk Kwan® Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa are planned this year and we hope to achieve the same:
  • South America Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa: will be held in Cordoba, Argentina on September 14 - 20, 2013.
  • Korea Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa: will be held in Kyung Buk, Korea on October 11- 17, 2013
  • USA Ko Dan Ja Shim Sa: will be held in Ramona, CA USA on November 15 - 22, 2013
Candidates and Visitors in your country who are scheduled to attend, please forward list to the sponsoring Country or to the WMDK® office.  It will help for Sponsoring country to plan the event accordingly.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.
