Recibimos información del Designado del Argentino Moo Duk Kwan Mundial, Sa Bom Nim Francisco Blotta, # 19455, que el Maestro Méndez falleció recientemente. Deseamos expresar nuestras más sinceras condolencias a los miembros de su familia sobrevivientes y a sus amigos cercanos y leales estudiantes. Que su recuerdo y participación en el Moo Duk Kwan Mundial sea siempre una bendición. Descanse en Paz, Maestro Méndez.

The World Moo Duk Kwan, along with the WMDK Argentina, proudly and respectfully remembers Master Ernesto Méndez, Sa Dan, and a loyal member of the Argentinian World Moo Duk Kwan.  We received information from the Designee of the Argentina World Moo Duk Kwan, Sa Bom Nim Francisco Blotta, #19455, that Master Méndez recently passed away.

We wish to express our sincere condolences to his surviving family members and his close friends and loyal students. May his memory and involvement in the World Moo Duk Kwan always be a blessing.  Rest in Peace, Master Méndez.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.
