Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang has announced the appointment of Diego Olguín Avila, Sa Bom Nim, Dan Bon 41681, Sa Dan, as the newly appointed Designee for the World Moo Duk Kwan Member Country of Chile, South America, Zone 4.
Olguín Sa Bom Nim, currently resides in Santiago De Chile. His current instructor is Francisco Rafael Blotta, Sa Bom Nim, Chil Dan #29030, from Argentina.
