Esta semana World Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do Costa Rica, se encuentra de Aniversario. Son 6 años desde que nuestro gran guía Fmsbd Soo Bahk Do Sa Bon Nim Ramiro Guzmán colocó sus pies en Costa Rica y desde ese momento nos ha acompañado y orientado en la dirección correcta del camino marcial, cumpliendo todas las pedagogías que nos heredó JSJ Hwang Kee y que hoy con tanto amor y ejemplo lo perpetua nuestro KJN H.C. Hwang. La misión de World Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do Costa Rica es seguir manteniendo estos preceptos. Desde nuestro designado Kyo Sa Nim Leonardo Barboza hasta los estudiantes menores de la academia (hu bae) nos corresponde ser embajadores de la paz en Costa Rica y en el mundo. Esperamos que estos seis años sean solo el principio de un largo camino para World Moo Duk Kwan en Costa Rica.

This week World Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do Costa Rica, is on its Anniversary. It is 6 years since, with great guidance, Fmsbd Soo Bahk Do and Sa Bon Nim Ramiro Guzmán placed his feet in Costa Rica and from that moment he has accompanied us and oriented us in the right direction of the martial path, fulfilling all the pedagogies that JSJ Hwang Kee passed on to us. And that today with so much love and example our KJN HC Hwang perpetuates it . The mission of World Moo Duk Kwan Soo Bahk Do Costa Rica is to continue upholding these precepts. From our designated Kyo Sa Nim Leonardo Barboza to the junior students of the academy (hu bae) it corresponds to us to be ambassadors of peace in Costa Rica and in the world. We hope that these six years are just the beginning of a long journey for World Moo Duk Kwan in Costa Rica.

    Began training in 1967 at the age of 16, as a member of the Brooklyn Highland Park Y.M.C.A., under the guidance and training of Mr. Mike Masley, Jr., Dan Bon 10180, and tested for Cho Dan on June 18, 1969.  Now a certified 4th Dan Ko Dan Ja, and was issued his original testing date Dan Bon 13927 by Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang based on his petition to honor that date and evidence showing Mr. Mike Masley and his instructors,  Mr. Robert Sohn, Dan Bon 6037 and Mr. Vincent Nunno, Dan Bon 7291, were legitimate representatives of the Founder, and Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee and the Korean Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Association in 1969.
