" I was a sports teacher when I met my Master in Soo Bahk Do and he was interested in corrective movements.
At school, I paid close attention to the way my students walked and stood, and I always reminded them to be in the right position. When I started Soo Bahk Do, I realized that this sort of exercise can be of great help to those who have scoliosis or unequal pelvic problems. Because the balance and the correct position of the muscles during the activity make the muscles more stable. Especially the emphasis of this exercise on the muscles of the central part of the body and strengthening them, helps a lot to improve the condition of these people. They have a condition in the body. Let's help them a lot towards this sport with my teacher's supervision."
I am very happy that I got acquainted with this sport, especially my teacher, and I was able to have a better and broader view of the field of corrective movements. Nafiseh is now 38 years old, he began Sootkdo at the age of 32, he had previously had the shoulders of Scoliosis, but now it's good, I became more physically stronger. I became harder, and organizing more, and I gained more confidence, and I was able to make great decisions and leave the husband and skeptical and raise my son alone.
