Moo Duk Kwan 75th Celebration - Closing Ceremony

Founder Hwang Kee and Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang
This entry is part 48 of 50 in the series Moo Duk Kwan 75th Anniversary

This is the last day of the Virtual Celebration of the 75th Anniversary of the Moo Duk Kwan.  This is the Closing Ceremonies and the closing presentations.  This particular video runs a little of 2 hours, with several videos dealing with recognition of Moo Duk Kwan Pioneers, Contributors and of course, the Heritage Program.

Probably the best part of this video is the amount of spirited exchange of greetings and farewells among the World Wide Moo Duk Kwan members and the members who are in the lineage of our art.  This is also viewable on YouTube, on the World Moo Duk Kwan Channel.

I want to recognize and thank the Project Delivery Team, that was organized by Steven Diaz, Sa Bom Nim.  The participating team brought together all these videos and live stream all the seminars, including the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, and the Kwan Jang Nim special seminar conducted on the first day of the Anniversary.

Thank you to all the WMDK and Heritage Program members who contributed to country videos, interview videos, Pioneer and significant contributor videos, including those in Tang Soo Do and Tae Kwon Do.

Truly an event that just reinforced everyone's commitment to our art, and our connection with each other as Moo Duk Kwan practitioners.

Congratulations to our Kwan Jang Nim on this historic anniversary and birthday of our Founder Hwang Kee.  Enjoy the video.

Happy Birthday to our Late Great Grandmaster Hwang Kee!

Happy 75th Anniversary everyone!

Personal Message from Kwan Jang Nim H.C. Hwang

"Shipley Sa Bom Nim was a special friend of mine since I met him in 1965. He spoke, wrote and understood the Korean culture more than native Koreans in some areas.  He is great part of our living history of the Art and loyal to the Moo Duk Kwan by his actions. He will be truly missed by children, young men and women, and all ages worldwide." -- H.C. Hwang
